Dr. Seltzer uses the Q-Switched YAG Laser and the Q-Switched Alexandrite Laser to target the appropriate color of pigment. The energy of the laser beam is absorbed by the ink and shatters the pigment granules. The much smaller particles of pigment are then absorbed by the body's natural cleansing system. In most cases, multiple treatments are required.
