Dr. Seltzer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Queens College, New York and a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Southern California’s School of Medicine. He completed his residency at University of Southern California’s Medical Center. Dr. Seltzer has been board certified since 1978.
As a spokesman, Dr. Seltzer has achieved a degree of recognition for appearing as media consultants for numerous Los Angeles based news organizations and nationally syndicated medical programs.
In his free time, Dr. Seltzer is a collector and supporter of modern art and enjoys architecture as a hobby, having designed his own home.
In addition to his Board Certification, Dr. Seltzer is affiliated with other prestigious professional societies. The American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery; The American Academy of Dermatology; The Los Angeles Metro Dermatological Society; The American society of Dermatology Surgery; The Los Angeles County Medical Association; The American Medical Association; and The California Medical Association.
