LATE ARRIVALS
Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time. In consideration and fairness to all clients’ sessions, 
your treatment must conclude on time. If you arrive late and the aesthetician does not have the appropriate amount 
of time to complete your treatment, you will kindly be asked to reschedule. 
             
CANCELLATIONS
Your experience with us is reserved exclusively for you. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your 
appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance. If we are not notified of the cancellation, 100% of the scheduled
