He completed his residency at University of Southern California's Medical Center. Dr. Seltzer has been board certified since 1978.
As a spokesman, Dr. Seltzer has achieved a degree of recognition for appearing as media consultants for numerous Los Angeles based news organizations and nationally syndicated medical programs.
